1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each saree goes through a careful quality check before dispatch.
Processing time depends on the type of order:
Without Fall Stitching
•    Processing Time: 1 working day
•    Dispatch: Next working day after the order is placed
With Fall Stitching
•    Processing Time: 2 working days
(includes additional time for professional fall stitching and finishing)
•    Dispatch: After 2 working days from the order date
🕒 Please note:
•    All processing and dispatch timelines are calculated in working days.
•    Sunday and public holidays are non-working days.
•    Orders placed on Sundays or after business hours will be processed from the next working day.

2. Shipping Time
Once your saree has been dispatched, the parcel is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
Typical delivery time after dispatch is 5–6 working days, depending on your location and the courier network.
We’ll share a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been shipped, so you can easily monitor its progress.
