Damaged or Defective Product Claims

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, you must:

• Include your Order ID

• Provide clear photos of the defect or damage

• Submit a mandatory unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened and the issue identified

⚠️ Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Exchange Guidelines

• Exchange shipping costs must be covered by the customer

• We do not offer reverse pick-up services

• Items must be returned in unused, unworn, and unmarked condition with original tags, packaging, and sales receipt

• Products altered or repaired by third-party services are not eligible for exchange

• Exchange are accepted only for genuine manufacturing defects or damages—not for reasons such as dislike of color, style, or change of mind

Final Authority

All decisions related to exchanges rest solely with the Rasm Roots management and are final and binding.
